If the product you have purchased from fruitjunction.com.my is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily to refund or exchange the product for you base on the below terms and conditions.
1. All Product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Site are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.
2. Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive.
3. If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team (email@example.com) and provide your Order number, your name and address, faulty details of the Product with picture, and whether you require a refund or a replacement within 3 working dates of the delivery.

Goods returned shall be refunded at the price which the Customer had paid at the point of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if any).
5. FRUIT JUNCTION may at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order however may offer a refund as a substitute remedy.
